So heres the deal. I found out on the 26 that I got my positive., Iwanted to tell him then, but thought. "ill wait for the first Blood draw to make sure levels are going up." I got one on monday. hcg was 47-13/14dpo, then on wed it was 143-15/16dpo then on last friday was 237-17/18dpo. I hope these numbers look good and normal. The other reason. The past week, on and off I've had days of brown discharge. never any red. maybe pink the first day I saw it and that was so little I had to look. Sorry tmi.only one day was it panty liner worth all the rest is once a day when I wipe, maybe. All these reasons I am scared to tell him. We have been through so much and I have this DUMB worry if I tell him I will miscarry , or why tell him, if the first ultrasound is no good. Heres the other thing. Can any singers/singing teachers explain?

My advice is think low and find a focal point to sing to(this is what call spinning the sound) and keep pushing the diaphragm down and free up the throat, and keep the throat open(open throat) . The key thing when singing up in high registers is this, support comes from the diapraghm and also lift (which means lighten the sound and at the same time support it and sing to a focal point and keep the sound "pushed" down , open the throat, but do not let it go to the chest voice. Also, I tell my students to think of a narrow space or create a narrow space with their hands and sing within the narrow path and this way it'll help you push the diaphragm down more and plus the sound will be more focuse and it's okay if the sound is small. It takes awhile for small sounds in the higher registers to get bigger. My advice also is when you hit middle E, start to lift, in the middle range, chest voice is fine when you go from C3-D4 and you can sing on head voice as well and its to start to change the higher you go. I would practice "lifting" from E4 to the highest note and build it up from there. You are a soprano range and I think you can go above your range. The most important thing is to grasp the head voice very well and also find the lowest tone you can sing to. In order for you to go to the highest tone, you have to find the lowest tones. In my teaching, I work in the different ranges to strengthen the voice and I also do that to make the "connection" a little bit easier and more smoother. I work in the middle first because that's where it's tricky, and once that is in place, I go for the lowest, and I go to highest and it's become effective according to my students. I think'll you'll reach it past the octaves you are now. In singing higher, you will have to take a really good deep breathe from the diapraghm, and you have to engage it and give energy and when you feel light headed, stop for a few minutes, this is normal, it just means you are taking in more air and it's normal. The key thing is practicing and find a focal point to sing to and relax and when you sing high drop the jaw and it's okay to stick out the tongue. Why do I have trouble breathing & anxiety when falling asleep?

Sometimes I have trouble breathing & desperation anxiety when falling asleep. They happen at the same time when I start dozing to la-la land. It happens in perfect synchronization. Some nights I fall asleep totally normally. I don't think it's stress, although it can be. I'm chubby, but I don't think it's that. I don't think it's low glucose. I do feel brain-power drained each night, which kicks in my OCD every night, then I can't think straight. And I'm the only one I've ever encountered with this exact type of problem. I believe my breathing and desperation anxiety while dozing off is related to that evening mental drain I get almost every night. Any thoughts, people?

Things that were mysteries are now reveled. We are now children of God. Our part is now to live Holy lives. Which can only be done with the grace of the Holy Spirit. Power is at work in our lives with faith that we all must keep. We have the opportunity to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height. How do you calm stress levels when things like this are going on?

So basically i'm in my second year of college and i want to study maths at university. I want to go to Leeds and i need an A in maths plus another A and a B to do this. The thing is is that i've not done very well in my recent exams so it looks more likely that i'm going to get a B. I want to try my hardest to get an A but i don't know where to start. It doesnt do good to spend time at the gym when your body is not getting enough good nutrition through diet. You need a balanced diet of healthy foods( protein, carbs , vegetables, fruits AND fat- for your age and growing) So start with sleep: go to bed at 9 30. Then plan a nutritious diet . Skip the gym for a while as it is taking its toll on your energy.( you can resume later) Spend more time on eating well and studying. You are wise to not take pills or vitamins as they are not absorbed as well as the vitamins within the food you eat. I admire your ambition and know you will be successful if you only make a few changes now

Question About Goats?

I recently acquired two goats. I didn't plan too, but i did. I know nothing about goats. They are quite skinny but over the past few weeks i have had them they have been steadily gaining weight. They are being turned out in a field, and getting one flake a day, and 3 cups of sweet feed between them. They go in a stall at night, and are both girls. One of them has some patches where she seems to be balding, what could this be? also is there anything else i need to do to care for them? i am currently trying to find them a more experienced owner, but i would like to give them the best care i can in the meantime.

I got 2 miniature dachshunds 2 weeks ago. Belle is very affectionate and friendly, while Dixie is much more reserved and cautious. I noticed from the start Dixie seemed wary of my boyfriend, and seemed more partial to me, however last night my male cousin was over and he tried to pick her up and she growled and snapped at him as he reached for her. She has never growled or snapped at anyone else before, but anyone else has always let her come to them rather than going to her as her previous owners told me to do. She is excellent with my kids and likes my boyfriend, she just prefers me. Could she have been abused in her previous home? What can I do to calm her and help her overcome this? My cousin warned me to get rid of her for that and is afraid it would happen to the kids or one of the kids friends, but I don't want to lose her over a one time thing that may be fixable. Also, the 2 dogs have been together for the past 3 years since they were born, and I don't want to separate them. She has also shown what I thought were indications of abuse, when we go out for walks, if I turn my direction and my foot gets too close to her, she shys away and goes as far as the leash will let her. No one in my home has ever hit or kicked her even once, so is this probably stemming from abuse in a prior home? I am 28, male, slightly overweight, borderline diabetic, not too active but do go to the gym. I am not all that healthy, but I don't smoke or drink or ingest pills or sleep with sleazy women. Why is it that my eyebrow hair falls out out so easily? It's not necessarily falling out, but it comes out real easy, like its not even really attached. I have a question about installing a bath tub wall surround. How well will the adhesive hold on the old board

I had to remove a large portion of the existing greenboard due to water getting behind the wall. The studs were moving, which broke any seal along the tub, so I needed to take out a large enough section of the board to reinforce the studs. the remaining board on both sides is in great shape, and replacing it would entail more than I want to get into at this time. The problem is, when I took down the tile, the paper tore away from the board in some spots. I was going to skim coat the entire surface to bring it flush and smooth out any imperfections. My question is, how well will the tub surround adhesive hold to a surface that was skim coated with plaster or joint compound, or will the remaining board surface be ok to hold the adhesive?

Providing seating at work?

At my work they dont provide a good chair, its a 2ft stool and the computer is around 1 1/2 meters off the ground. I work in a store but i still have to use the computer to complete rotas payrolls etc.Ive been gettin neck and back problems recently and i am postitive it is due to the improper seating. What is wrong with my cat?

I recently asked this question, but didn't get great responses, but, okay, my cat is no more than 10 years of age and I brought her to the vet yesterday, because I thought, for some reason she was losing weight, but the vet said her weight is just fine, and he felt her for lumps, and gave her a clean bill of health. But I forgot to ask him a question that I even wrote down before I went. The question is... why does my cat sneeze, only when I play with her, for example, letting her chase a string around the room, she goes BONKERS! But she sneezes every single time I play with her, but doesn't sneeze at all other than that, only when I play with her. I'm not sure, but it did seem to start after I gave her cat nip about 3 or 4 weeks ago, and I was thinking maybe she has some cat nip stuck up her nose, but is it possible after a month!? And like I said I'm not even sure if that is when it started. She's eating fine, sleeps fine and is obviously playful, I feel so bad. And I love playing with her, but I'm at the point where I almost don't want to because I don't want to see her sneezing, very strange, any possible causes would be greatly appreciated, her name is Pebbles, and she's a Money Cat. Oh and the vet a few years back did say that she has allergies if that makes any difference. I really want to say there's something stuck up her nose, but....

After my last baby, due to the birth control i was using... i gained an extra 15 pounds after having him meaning on top of the 20 i gained with him...lol so i am 5 ft 3in..and i weigh about 185...now because of my 4 beautiful kids i am very out of shape...i got that belly flab going on you know the kangaroo pouch...lol its so embring i hate to be undressed in front of my hubby...i really need help! If anyone could me some pointers of how to reduce the flab at least...I do plan to buy a treadmill within the next few weeks so that will help me lose some weight. Ive had my ps3 a little over a year (and that means warrenty turned off) and my sister and her friend always shut it down from the back. I told them to stop, but one day they did it and when i re booted it it said the HDD was repairing and it restarted. It told me it was not shut down correctly and to restart it the right way. Everything on the XMB was loading, and i shut it off. Then came three beeps and the green power on was blinking. I HAD to shut it off from the back then. And now im in a paradox where all of this keeps happening. I dont want it to have the YLOD! What happened and how can I fix it? (overall, it still works. But the power problem is concerning me alot)

I would start Tyler Thigpen b/c he is more consisten thatn Phillip Rivers. Rivers is having a bad year and i think it will continue. My Ipod won't connect but it used to--what is wrong?

I can connect my camera to my computer and download pics but I can't connect my Ipod anymore. When I plug Ipod into my computer, it doesn't show it is connected & I can't of course sync the songs on there. I can charge the battery through my computer, though. The cord for my Ipod works. I am a VERY emotional person, and i am just wondering why?

As far as i can remember i have been an emotional person. But in the last 5 or so years it has really intensified. In just about everything i do i want to cry. I will watch a move/show on tv and something on it will be sad or really happy and i start to cry. same with songs. I just dont understand. People tell me it's because I have a big heart. I kinda get why i cry when i see something that saddens me, but i dont entirely get why i cry when someone in a movie/show is happy. ex: I am watching tv and someone finds out they are going to have a baby and i see them happy about it, it makes me cry. maybe its because im afraid im not going to have kids, i dont know.
