Who else finds those trademark user names a little pretentious?

People are putting TM at the end of there name. Don't they know that doesn't give them exclusive rights to use that name. If you want rights to something you have to get it officially trademarked; and that costs money. So I'm hoping this fade ends soon. Is actually more pretentious and annoying than those stupid viva la resistance (it should actually be "vive", not "viva", but anyway)
