What does implantation feel like??????????

when i conceived with my son i remember having the most horrendous peiod pains a week before my period started. i would say if you havent got backache, hot flushes headache etc like you normally have pre-period then it sounds hopeful. ive been ttc # 2 for 2 years now and completely understand the 2WW. its hell, stressful and depressing. you scrutinise your body dont you loking for every sign. i also know im in for a negative test when i get backpain and hot flushes i then know the dreaded period coming,. good luck let me know
