Employer Offering Less Than Minimum Wage For Job In Ontario... Labour Laws?

So I'm browsing the internet for some summer jobs (uni student) and I noticed what seemed like a suitable position for me, yet it is saying the hourly wage for the position is $9.60, and it's 40 hours a week, although it is seasonal. I've read the ad and no where does it say anything about commission. How is this legal, or is it possibly a typo (that would be hard to see)? Is there some loophole in the Canadian and/or Ontario labour laws that would allow an employer to pay this?
