How can i make myself look and feel y?

Because i don't really find myself pretty at all. Maybe if i was light skin i would look better. But it really makes me feel good when i put on some y clothes and go walking down the street and get so many compliments from dudes sometimes. And my mother stops me and yells " No child of mine is walkin down the street lookin like a little slut'' '' Not livin in in my house! But she thinks i'm tryin to grow up 2 fast and i'm not a baby no more. And that's the only way i can make myself look beautiful. So can anyone give me some good tips please?
