How do I take this off my creidt report?

I have a ding on my credit report from ballys fitness. I cancled my membership because I moved over 30 miles from the nearest club. So there contract states that I can cancel with no fees. So almost a year later I recieve to dings on my credit report for one in the amount of 1422.00 and the 2nd one in the amount 1273.00 It took almonst 4 months but finally they were both removed and my credit score went up. Then last week I get a credit alert and a company called et acceptance llc has bought the debt from ballys ftn. and there both back on there and the dates now say I opend the account of this year and I didnt.. Ive contacted my credit reporting agency and the took a month and then wrote me a letter stayting that they variefied and meets requirment of the fair credit report act.. Please help what do I do... Even if this thing would of stayed on there with the original bally it would of been off by now.. its been way over 7 years.
