My 9 month old has been attached to her pacifier all day!?

i mean when im trying to give her her bottle, she drink a little and then dont want anymore and put her paci in her mouth...she's already a small baby..is this normal? should i just let her have her paci and give her the bottle later? this is kind of new to me
