No they are not giving up on you, but they don't want to be continuously giving you medications either. They want to take the wait and see approach to see the way that your body is going to go next. This will give them the opportunity to be able to adequately ess you to see if there are any other courses that they can take on you. I know that it doesn't seem right, but this is what will be happening.
