A type of homemade Thai soup...?

My mom is from Bangkok Thailand ( I havent seen her in about 12 years) but when I lived with her she used to make this soup..I dont know how to spell it but it sounds like 'Guit-eyo' ...It had clear noodles, bean sprouts, bok choy, beef, and some type of chewy meat...I want to make it myself because I loved it and would bring back memories..But every time I go to a Thai restaurant they dont have it and I cant find it online..Does anyone have the recipe they can share?
