What is cl parliament? can anyone please help me? its urgent!?

can anyone please tell me about cl parliament? my communicative english teacher had given the whole cl to prepare on this topic. the whole cl is divided into different groups like ruling MLAs,opposing MLAs,,media,ministers(transport,foreign affairs etc..) ,chief minister,president and so on.. i'm coming under opposing MLA. so what all things i have to do? what all questions i should ask?? please give a brief explanation. i have to prepare within tomorrow morning. thanks.
