Ok I'am a 22 year old male who still lives with my parents. Am I a loser?

A proposition has come up where my buddy wants me to move out with them. I am torn on what to do. I currently go to college and just bought a new car. I have no problem leaving with my parents we get along great and they are fun to be around. Am I a loser who needs to move out or do I just have priorities straight? Help from both es would be greatly encouraged.
